Senior Auditor

We work efficiently and effectively to ensure that Councils/Boards, as well as management, receive complete, accurate and timely audited financial statements that they can use as they make decisions about their entity.
As a senior staff auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting staff work, assisting with audit planning, drafting the financial report, conducting single audits, implementing changes in accounting standards, communicating with clients and internal management, in addition to other duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, a strong team player, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
Requirements include:
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-Related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and paperless financial audit software, and the ability to quickly learn new technology
- CPA or CPA track (preferred)
- Experience auditing governments and/or nonprofits (1-2 yrs)
