Social Media Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us expand our online presence.

**Job Overview:**
The Social Media Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to promote our brand, properties, and services. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, and be able to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and others.
- Create and curate engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online community interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Okay if you're still in school)
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).  This is open for discussion 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
