Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Recruiting Intern to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various social media platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting our employer branding efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and post engaging content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to promote job openings and company culture.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media accounts, maintain a consistent posting schedule, and monitor channels for comments and messages related to recruitment.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use social media platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates and connect with passive candidates who may be a good fit.
  • Employer Branding: Help build and promote the employer brand through social media by sharing stories, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media recruitment efforts, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh ideas for social media campaigns.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media analytics.
  • A passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
