Inside Sales Representative, Demand Generation

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to excel in connecting with B2B prospects and setting up appointments. Our comprehensive compensation package includes a competitive base salary, commission, monthly bonuses, and opportunities for vertical growth. Compensation and Growth:

  • Benefit from a competitive base salary, commission structure, and monthly bonuses, rewarding your achievements.

  • OTE Range Year 1 - $69,000 - $92,000 (including sign-on bonus, salary, commission, and monthly performance bonuses)
  • Our compensation structure is crafted to enable high achievers to reach yearly incomes surpassing $170,000.

 

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Outreach:

  • Utilize cutting-edge lead generation tools and strategies to identify potential B2B prospects within enterprise technology segments.
  • Conduct targeted outreach through various channels, including cold calls, to initiate conversations and establish interest.
  • Craft compelling messages that highlight the value of our clients' solutions, sparking curiosity and engagement.

Appointment Setting:

  • Engage in consultative conversations with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points to position appointment-setting calls effectively.
  • Schedule appointments between prospects and relevant Sales Representatives, ensuring alignment with both parties' calendars and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the purpose and value of the appointments, increasing the likelihood of attendance.

Relationship Building:

  • Build rapport and establish strong connections with prospects, cultivating a positive first impression of our clients' offerings.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while addressing questions, concerns, and objections, with the aim of nurturing interest.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and accurately document prospect interactions, responses, and appointment outcomes within our CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, performance, and challenges to your manager, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Continuous Learning and Development:

  • Participate in our comprehensive training program, designed to equip you with the skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques needed for success.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, client offerings, and effective sales strategies through ongoing training and personal development.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably within the B2B technology sector. (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build relationships over the phone.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage prospecting activities and appointment scheduling effectively.
  • Comfortable adapting to new technologies and CRM systems.
  • Comfortable executing calls on a daily basis.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment and a drive to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Able to come onsite to our Manhattan office twice/week or ability to relocate.
