Who We Are: Inside Sales Solutions specializes in connecting international tech companies with the enterprise technologies needed to propel their businesses forward. With over a decade of industry expertise, we've mastered the art of training and developing SDRs to excel in a remote environment.  

We are seeking an IT Support Assistant (FULLY REMOTE) to play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality and efficiency of our database while supporting daily IT operations across our company. 

Responsibilities: 

Database Support: 

  • Build, cross-reference, and import target lists.
  • Correct and maintain lists to ensure accuracy.
  • Safeguard the integrity of our information systems.
  • Requires: Proficiency in Excel, including advanced features such as macros and vLookups.

Help Desk Support: 

  • Set up new hire technologies and VPN access.
  • Provide timely technical support to users.
  • Install, troubleshoot hardware and software.
  • Resolve networking issues and other technical problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to vendor helpdesks and manage them to resolution.
  • Serve as the point of contact for IT and phone vendor interactions and troubleshooting.
  • Requires: Proficiency in MS 365 and its application.

General IT Support: 

  • Update and maintain our company website.
  • Monitor system requirements to optimize performance levels.
  • Requires: Familiarity with  HTML/CSS and JavaScript, wordpress. And an understanding of PHP, SQL and MySQL

System Administration: 

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Implement portal changes, configure CRM systems, and manage SFTP administration.

Requirements: 

  • Solid understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in information technology or related field preferred. 

Permanent residency in one of the following states: FL, PA, NC, SC, TX, GA, OK, IA, WI, KS, MD, MI, MS, AL, IN, NH, RI, WV, TN

Working Conditions: This is a remote position requiring a quiet/private work environment, secure internet connection, and your own desktop computer equipment.  

  

Job Hours: 8:30 am-5:30 pm EST
