Outpatient Services Coordinator #4293

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for developing a variety of resources and services to meet the identified needs of seriously mentally ill adults and those with co-occurring and substance use disorders. Duties include oversight of adult outpatient services and supervising adult clinicians, counselors, peers, and substance use case managers; providing direct assistance to individuals when needed; researching and securing funding sources; developing grant proposals; managing project development; establishing cooperative relationships with local agencies, organizations and businesses; coordinate services and partner relationships for the Alpha and Treatment Court programs; implementing and monitoring effectiveness of intensive services; arranging and assisting with training for care givers; and completing reports and other documentation; serves as certified preadmission screening clinician for emergency hospitalization; rotates on-call responsibilities with other program managers to provide administrative back-up for programs offered through the Behavioral Health Services Division.   

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements 
M1:  Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work that includes coursework for licensure by the Virginia Department of Health Professions as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner in Virginia 
M2:  At least three years of experience working with adult and family outpatient population, preferably in a not-for-profit behavioral health setting
M3:  Must have, or be eligible to obtain, certification as a pre-screener for emergency hospitalization in Virginia within six months of hire
M4:  Supervisory experience
M5:  Valid driver’s license

Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.  Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$52,462 – $91,809
$5000 Sign on Bonus
15% Increase for Licensure
7% Increase for Resident/Supervisee
