Human Resources Intern

We’re looking for dynamic college students or recent graduates who will help us recruit, manage and lead our product growth teams to success.

We believe that in order to effectively hire and manage people in sales & marketing roles who are highly driven, ambitious, love being on camera, network with people and earn through commissions, we need recruiters who are exactly the same!

As our recruiter, you won’t just post boring ads, but also regularly feature in and post videos & reels calling out for applications, explain the company’s vision & mission and share tips and advice to attract the best candidates to our company.

And you won’t just stop there. A good recruitment record will open the doors for you to actually train, nurture and evaluate the people you hire. And when they succeed, so do you.


Responsibilities:

● Source prospective candidates through LinkedIn job posts

● Promote job openings on social media, job boards and internally

● Screen resumes, schedule interviews and interview candidates

● If interested, help manage our product growth teams and do everything required to help them succeed!


Requirements:

● Excellent verbal & written communication skills

● Comfort & ease in front of the camera (for making job opening videos)

● Comfortable with regular, one-on-one and group video calls

● Ability to work in a team

● Immense resolve to achieve targets

● High degree of ownership in taking things to completion

Compensation Structure:

This is an unpaid internship.
