The Anxiety & OCD Therapy Center is a specialized practice offering personalized treatment for anxiety disorders, OCD, OCD-Related Disorders and Depression.  We are a small, but growing group practice, priding ourselves on the most up to date, research-based approaches to some of the most challenging issues, with the highest standards of care.  We are hiring a talented Social Media Marketing Intern to work closely with the practice owner.  This is an opportunity to share your knowledge, creativity and initiative, to help us grow and bring our services to a wider demographic.  If you're excited to be part of some very meaningful work and a dedicated team,  you'll be glad you applied.

Responsibilities for Social Media Intern

  • Work with the practice owner  to create a plan for social media strategies monthly
  • Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms
  • Monitor postings to ensure brand message is constant from the terminology used to images posted
  • Create original content based on the practice specialties to promote client engagement and increase requests for service
  • Maximize website structure and content to improve SEO
  • Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Help create blog posts and videos to increase website traffic

Qualifications for Social Media Intern

  • Bachelor's degree, or in progress, in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
  • 1-2 years of social media management experience
  • Certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred
  • Familiar with multi-social posting through programs such as Social Pilot
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Adobe and Canva
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
  • Entry level experience determining how to cater unique marketing campaigns to a unique audience
  • Must have a working knowledge of and comfort using Word Press to edit practice website and post blogs
  • Entry level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the concepts throughout various forms of outreach
