Client Accounting & Advisory Services Associate

Job Functions:

  • Delivering quality account support and account management
  • Bookkeeping, write-up and payroll services for clients
  • Preparation of state sales tax returns
  • Provide training to clients on efficient use of internal accounting software (Quick Books, etc)
  • Effective client facing communication in regards to client accounting 

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-year college degree with coursework in accounting, bookkeeping or business
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Quick Books certified preferred
  • Familiarity with standard accounting concepts and bookkeeping procedures
  • Experience with basic accounting software and computer/mobile-based apps.
