Job Summary: As a Physical Therapist, you'll play a crucial role in our healthcare team, delivering high-quality care to patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other professionals, you'll create personalized treatment plans to enhance patients' mobility, function, and overall health. You'll report to both the Site Manager and Regional Clinical Director(s).
What You’ll Do:
Assess patient's physical abilities, medical history, and limitations
Develop personalized treatment plans based on findings and goals
Administer therapies to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
Educate on conditions, treatments, and self-care
Provide guidance on exercises, equipment, and injury prevention
Address concerns and emotional needs with compassion
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and plans
Collaborate with team for coordinated care
Communicate clearly and professionally
Work closely with the healthcare team for comprehensive care
Stay updated on therapy advancements through training
Participate in meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Adhere to ethical and legal standards
Stay informed on licensure and insurance requirements

What You’ll Need:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral).
FL State licensure or eligibility.
CPR certification and relevant state-required certifications.
Proficiency in musculoskeletal and neuromuscular assessment, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Compassionate with a genuine desire to help individuals achieve rehabilitation goals.
