Program Coordinator/Team Lead-Water - The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Office of Clean Water Financing and Assistance is seeking two Program Coordinators who will provide assistance with resolving problems as needed by working with applicants to resolve issues efficiently, fairly, and consistently. These positions approve loan and grant disbursement requests and oversees maintenance of Central Office files and project status/tracking reports. Monitor compliance with all federal and state program requirements, provide project management oversight, and ensure that all funds are accountable. These positions serve as the SLAF, WQIF, or as the Lead for special projects for the Office of Clean Water Financing and Assistance (CWFAP). The Program Coordinators review and rank project applications to develop recommendations for project funding. These positions are responsible for developing the Annual Report as assigned by the Deputy Director of Clean Water Financing and Assistance. Responsibilities typically include the following:

1) Financial and program tracking
2) Maintaining program website
3) Assisting with program presentations as needed.
4) Tracks and reviews project disbursement requests
5) Maintains Central Office project files and status reports to ensure compliance with all federal and state program requirements and ensure that funds are accountable.
