UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team and help us create an intuitive and engaging user experience for our platform.

Position Overview: As a UX/UI Designer at Super Arbor, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing specialists, to create user-centric designs that are visually appealing and highly functional. Your work will directly impact how our customers interact with our products and services, enhancing their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
    • Analyze research data and translate insights into user personas, journey maps, and actionable design improvements.
  • Design & Prototyping:
    • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
    • Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
    • Ensure designs are aligned with Super Arbor’s brand identity and aesthetic guidelines.
  • Usability Testing:
    • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback.
    • Iterate on designs based on testing outcomes to enhance usability and functionality.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with product managers to define and prioritize design requirements.
    • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.
    • Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI design.
    • Advocate for best practices and design standards to continuously improve the user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in e-commerce or tech industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects and your design process.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
