Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative – Digital Services (Cloud Technology)

Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company. This role will specifically focus on generating meetings with prospective ServiceNow and Snowflake customers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities within the target market, with a particular focus on ServiceNow and Snowflake customers. 

Proactively reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and networking events to introduce our company and offerings. 

Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demonstrations for the sales team 

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, particularly with key stakeholders in ServiceNow and Snowflake environments. 

Build alliances with ServiceNow and Snowflake partner alliances and sales organization.  

Generate net new meetings weekly through the use of innovative prospecting and sales techniques.  

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion. 

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential opportunities and threats in the technology ecosystem.  

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials tailored to the needs of ServiceNow and Snowflake customers. 

Track and report on sales activities and results related to ServiceNow and Snowflake customers using CRM software. 

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows targeting ServiceNow and Snowflake users as required. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 

Strong work ethic, with a task and achievement based mind-set 

Sales driven with a focus on making this a long-term career  

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets and objectives. 

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

Familiarity with ServiceNow and/or Snowflake platforms and ecosystems is a plus.
