Special Education Assistant

Responsible for providing assistance to special education teachers. 

Assists in the instruction, medical, and health needs of special education students. 

Provides some clerical support to teachers. 

May provide assistance with a variety of daily functions such as toileting, feeding, and life skills instruction. 

Collaborates and consults with special needs team and other specialists. 

Develops and promotes good community relations among various community members and school clientele.
