Registered Nurse, Hospice

At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Hospice RNs strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.

The care provided by our Hospice team allows people to pass with dignity in their own homes, in familiar surroundings, with those they love by their side. You will provide imminent visits to include PRN symptom management for terminally ill patients in homes. In addition, you will be auditing charts for all admissions and recertifications and tracking orders to ensure accuracy and completion.  This position allows you to work from home or in the office and requires travel within the Treasure Valley when needed for home visits.  The person needs to be able to work autonomously and as a team, have interpersonal and communication skills, and have a true passion and desire to care for end-of-life patients to ensure their needs are met.

Why Hospice
"I absolutely fell in love with hospice and the special time you spend with patients and families at end of life.  It's such a unique area of nursing, patients and families are so appreciative of every moment you spend with them." ~St. Luke's Hospice RN
