Marketing Associate

General Summary of Duties
The Marketing Associate is responsible for producing all marketing materials, conference coordination, social media, marketing campaigns, coordinating with external media and overall working to solidify the PHS brand.
 

Essential Job Functions

 Collects, analyzes, and reports on market feedback
 Creates product messaging/communications and collateral materials i.e. letters, member materials, announcement for providers, provider and client contracts, employee newsletter, etc. consistent with brand positioning and cross-selling strategies
 Participates in creating and launching advertising campaigns/public relations initiatives and outreach strategies to the market
 Curates social media posts
 Writes and edits the company newsletter and press releases
 Coordinates and/or attends annual industry tradeshows and conferences.
 Actively participates in the Events Committee to help plan internal events and inform the committee of external event conflicts.
