Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence Engineer Part Time

Job Description:

 

ISAFE Enterprises is seeking a skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying a website chatbot that enhances customer support and facilitates document signing. Additionally, the candidate will integrate artificial intelligence tools into the ISAFE Direct Platform to assist administrators in creating and disseminating online digital forms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy a website chatbot to support customer inquiries, purchases, and document signing processes.
  • Integrate AI tools into the ISAFE Direct Platform to assist with the creation, distribution, and management of digital forms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions that enhance user experience.
  • Implement and optimize machine learning models for natural language processing and understanding.
  • Continuously improve chatbot performance through data analysis, user feedback, and iterative updates.
  • Ensure the chatbot and AI tools comply with relevant privacy and security regulations.

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in developing and deploying chatbots and AI solutions.
  • Strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and artificial intelligence.
  • Experience in machine learning algorithm and Machine learning operations (MLOps).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (e.g. GPT-4o, AWS AI/ML services, Google Cloud AI, Microsoft Azure AI).
  • Experience with integrating AI tools into web applications and platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 

Helpful Additional Skills:

  • Experience with chatbot development platforms such as Amazon Lex., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Rasa.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. JIRA) and Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
