Physical Therapist
This year Camarillo Physical Therapy is growing and opening a second location in Westlake Village, and so we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team in Camarillo and Westlake Village!
We pride ourselves on providing high quality, one-on-one 40–60-minute treatment sessions to our patients. We as a facility encourage learning always and would be more than willing to sponsor continuing ed classes, and even host a few of them ourselves. We are a PT-owned private outpatient clinic in a beautiful, brand-new facility in Camarillo and Westlake.
We are based in Southern California, nestled in the beautiful Santa Monica mountains and 15 mins away from Malibu beaches. We have the best weather in the community and are a huge outdoors community with amazing hiking/biking trails and water sports. We strive towards work life balance for our therapist.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide a high-quality rehabilitation experience to a varied clientele from seniors to athletes. Strong manual skills are a huge plus
- PT will be required to perform evaluations, progress reports, devise appropriate plan of care, create skilled exercise programs, monitor progress & perform planned discharges
- Help measure and track intervention effectiveness
- Collaborate with team to meet company goals and maintain high level of productivity
- Provide exceptional patient care, and meet incentive goals
- Follow HIPAA and Medicare regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
We are offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for our new hires with a salary of $100,000. We have a robust revenue and profit-sharing model in place
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
