Securitas Security Services- Ticket Specialist, E-commerce

This position will support the E-Commerce Department as it relates to profit protection at all applicable business ventures within Theme Park in Universal City, CA

Ticket Specialist, E-Commerce:
This is a guest facing position, handling ticket issues (i.e. blocked or fraudulent tickets) at the main entry in partnership with our guest services team. Specialist will need to have excellent customer service skills, speak to guests directly and communicate politely. Specialists will access internal and external systems via computer to resolve ticket issues in a timely manner. Specialists will efficiently gather information from guests and provide documentation when necessary for Law Enforcement action. Specialists will also complete a weekly recap of all interactions with the required documentation for data retention.
Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in undercover shoplift detection and apprehensions
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of a 24/7 365-day operation including special events which may occur outside of scheduled operating hours
Must be flexible/willing to work extended (OT) hours on short notice
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walking/traveling to multiple venues throughout the day
Must be willing/able to work in Universal City, CA
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Must be 18+ years or older
Desired Characteristics

2-3 years’ experience in Retail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
