Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Stretch Therapist and Chiropractic Assistant to join our busy Chiropractic and Physical Therapy office in Midland, MI. This position requires a commitment of 40+ hours per week, with training provided for Stretch Therapist certification within the first 3 weeks of employment. Opportunities to earn an additional $5-10 per hour are available when working with clients as a Stretch Therapist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Chiropractors: Room patients, assist with patient care and physio-therapies, take notes, and perform other support tasks.
- Event Participation: Attend events and businesses to provide stretching services and promote their benefits.
- Stretch Therapy: Conduct customized stretch sessions using our proprietary system to isolate and stabilize muscles.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with front desk tasks, patient scheduling, insurance verifications, medical records management, and care coordination.
- Patient Interaction: Provide excellent customer service and education on the services offered.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have one of the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Pre-Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine, Health Sciences, or Exercise Physiology.
- Licenses/Certifications: Massage Therapy License, Athletic Training Certification (ATC), Physical Therapy Assistant License (PTA).
Schedule:
- Monday and Wednesday: 7:00am - 7:00pm
- Tuesday and Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm
- Thursday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
