Thrive Internship Program

Thrive Behavioral Health is Joint Commission accredited. Our team of licensed therapists provide individual, family, and school-based therapy services to adults, children and families. Thrive serves clients throughout Central Maryland Our Thrive clinicians take a proactive approach to treatment by meeting with clients virtually and in neighborhoods, homes, and schools to reduce the barriers of traditional mental health treatment. Thrive also has clinic-based programs in Rosedale, Catonsville, Millersville, Silver Spring and Bel Air.

Thrive's Internship program offers hands-on experience including conducting therapy sessions for one's small caseload. Thrive offers a stipend of $125.00* per week, in accordance with School Program parameters. Many Thrive Interns are offered employment as a Thrive Licensed Therapist following completion of the program and accept!

Entry level, full time licensed therapist positions average at least $65,000 annually. Thrive also offers a comprehensive health package, company paid life insurance, 401(k) with company match, disability insurances, paid time off, board approved supervision (4 times monthly for LG/LM level), and CEU opportunities.
