Program Policies/Procedures Developer (Remote/Unpaid Internship)

Join Empowered Futures as a Program Policies/Procedures Developer and be part of our futuristic and innovative Non-Profit organization dedicated to tackling the increasing rate of depression in youth (ages 18 to 28). This Internship position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate the processes, procedures and policies of Empowered Futures' mentorship program.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure program effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to program participants to ensure success.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor degree in Business, Administration, Project Management or Law.
• Previous experience in Program Development or related fields.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other team members.
