**Responsibilities:**

As a Live-In Camp Counselor, you'll be a guiding presence for campers, living alongside them in cabins and participating in a variety of activities. Your responsibilities include:

1. **Supervision and Mentorship:** Live with campers in cabins, providing round-the-clock supervision, guidance, and mentorship. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where campers feel safe to grow and explore.

2. **Activity Leadership:** Lead campers in a range of activities, including sports, arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, and team-building exercises. Encourage participation and enthusiasm while promoting skill development and teamwork.

3. **Outdoor Adventures:** Embark on outdoor expeditions such as hiking, camping, canoeing, and more, depending on the camp's location and offerings. Instill a love for nature and outdoor recreation while teaching valuable outdoor skills.

4. **Group Dynamics:** Facilitate group discussions and activities aimed at building communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills among campers. Foster a sense of community and belonging within the cabin group.

5. **Safety and Well-being:** Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of campers, following camp protocols and emergency procedures. Attend to any medical needs or incidents with care and professionalism.
