About your role:
In this vital role, you will serve as the leader of our Treatment Foster Care program, which offers a family-based placement option for children with serious behavioral, emotional, or medical health needs, who require more intensive interventions and supports than traditional foster care is able to deliver. With the support of the state leadership team, you will develop the foster parent recruitment and case management side of our Foster Care program. Our self motivated/self driven leader Program Manager will be able to grow their team through hiring and training staff and volunteers, ensuring quality service delivery for our clients. Once developed, you will provide regular supervision to staff, including clinical supervision to our Foster Care Clinicians, and serves as a secondary back up for on-call situations as they arise. This position builds and nurtures relationships with community service providers and represents Pathways of Idaho Foster Care at local community events.

What we’re looking for:
- Licensed in Idaho as LMSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, preferred
- 5 years combined experience (Preference for 3 yrs as a Foster Care or Behavioral health field supervisor and 2 yrs working with families/children in a social service setting)
- Knowledge and experience with clinical intervention, behavioral health management, program development preferred
- Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW.
