Tax and Accounting Internship (January-April 2024)

KRD is looking for bright, energetic students pursuing a career in the field of public accounting. KRD is a firm of growth with highly qualified employees and the continuous commitment to be a leader in technology and quality. The internship is a cross department opportunity, whereby the student will gain experience in the niches of Tax, Accounting and Audit. If you have interest in a particular area, we will support that interest with more experience in that area.  

We look for interns that have good communication skills are organized and have a keen attention to detail.  Individuals that have the ability to work well both independently and in groups while maintaining a professional demeanor. 

This internship runs during tax season mid-January through April, 2024. We work around your school schedule. 

Some of the job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Payroll tax return preparation

· Accounting and bookkeeping services

. Audit

· Tax return preparation – individual and business

We are looking for interns to work in-office at our beautiful Schaumburg location.  

Also, we have snacks… lots and lots of snacks!
