About your Role:
As our Respite Care Provider, you will work within our community-based program, providing services to clients at home and in the community. This service provides temporary relief to parents/guardians/primary care takers for youth and adolescents with behavioral health diagnoses and/or severe emotional disturbances.

 

What we are looking for:

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• First Aid/CPR Certified
• Interest in working in a community-based setting
• Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of car insurance
• Experience utilizing electronic health records (EHR) system a plus
