Therapist Child Mental Health

The mission of Pinnacle Family Services is to build relationships that enhance lives and support healthy families. We are COA accredited and located throughout the state of NC providing services to children, adolescents, and families. 

What Will I Be Doing?

In search of a full-time licensed therapist for children and adolescents. Candidate will be required to conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and family therapy. Candidate must be willing to work and travel throughout the coverage area of Mecklenburg county

Am I good fit?

This position requires travel, on-call duties and a flexible schedule (afternoons, evenings and weekends). The candidate will provide counseling or psychotherapy on an outpatient basis. In addition, may include services such as medication management, group therapy, or case management to support the patient's overall mental health and wellbeing.

Qualification:

  • Master's Degree in Human Services field required
    • NC Licensed (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) required
  • Access to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license) required
  • Experience working with children who have behavioral diagnoses and their families
