Management Training Program

Haley Automotive Group is a Richmond based automobile dealer group established in 1972. The company has grown from its one original location into the eleven dealerships we have operating today across central Virginia. The success of the Haley Automotive Group has come from hard work, a dedicated and competent staff, practicing business in an ethical manner, and strong leadership. This program is designed to build future leaders in the Retail Automotive Industry in a streamlined and accelerated manner. Trainees will be expected to understand each department at a deep level, while working alongside managers. The ultimate goal is to bring college educated, driven and passionate individuals into the group to help strengthen and advance Haley Automotive in a changing industry. Management Trainees will work directly under corporate but will have the opportunity to work at each of the eleven locations. By the end of the program the Management in Training team will have worked in Service, Parts Operations, Body Shop Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Accounting. The end goal is to have a proficient and forward thinking management team to advance the Haley family.
