Requirements for the position

-Must have a BS/BA degree.

-Sales Representatives are responsible for developing existing business with customers as well as establishing new accounts that are within the sales territory.

-Must be a self-starter

-Must have demonstrable organization skills.

-Must have the ability to work with people of different backgrounds and educational status

-This position and program is designed for upcoming or recent college graduates.

-Responsibilities of the position

-Must be able to manage a 100-300 customers in a geographical area

-Responsible for demonstrating Buckeye product to customers

-Responsible for developing the sales diamond within the targeted accounts that Buckeye provides

-Responsible for growing competitive product knowledge in the industry

-Responsible for setting appointments with customers at least 1 week in advance

-Responsible for updating CRM with relevant account information

-Responsible for giving quarterly sales presentations on the sales territory.

-Responsible for Growing sales in the exclusive sales geography

-Responsible for overall profit percentage in exclusive sales geography

-Responsible for growing profit dollars over last quarter and the previous year
