Inside Sales Agent

We have recently deployed new lead generation techniques that have resulted in a massive increase in our weekly buyer and seller leads. This overflow of leads has created a rare opportunity for us to hire another inside sales agent. If you are accepted for this role you will get immediate training from our sales manager and inside sales agent team. After your training is complete you will start responding and calling back our warm and hot leads and booking appointments.

The prospects will then meet with our buyer and seller agents.

You will earn a commission each time one of your appointments closes on a home.

Your compensation will be part salary and part commission. The total compensation will be a direct result of how hard and effective you work at booking appointments. Our current team members in this role earn over $100k
