Human Resources Leadership Development Program Internships (Masters-level) - Summer 2024 (59299)

The Full-Time Program - May 2024 Start Date

The Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) Internship is a 10-12 week project-based experience for Graduate-level Human Resources students that provides participants an opportunity to gain experience in one of our HR Communities of Expertise, within our HR Operations team, or supporting a direct business unit. You will be given an opportunity to drive impactful results during your project.

Upon successful completion of the summer internship program, you may be considered for employment opportunities within the Full-Time Human Resources Leadership Development Program post-graduation.

Minimum requirements

  • Progress in Masters in Human Resources, Industrial and Labor Relations or Business Administration with an anticipated graduation date of May 2025
  • Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
  • Demonstrated experience with solving difficult and complex problems
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging data to drive decision making
  • Must have indefinite US work authorization. Applicants who require visa sponsorship or work authorization now or in the future are not eligible for this program.
