Data Analyst

One Federal Solution seeks a talented and passionate Data Analyst to join our San Diego, California team to support our Federal Government client.  As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to uncover insights that will drive informed business decisions as follows:

 Key Responsibilities

• Provide organization and management of case files.
• Review data (completeness of information, proper execution)
• Extract data from the database.
• Obtain additional information from other investigative agencies/databases.
• Gather information and organize investigative packages.
• Maintain internal status information on the disposition of all forfeited assets.
• Assure information is accurate and perform analytical computations necessary to process data.
• Conduct and reconcile inventories, distribute documents, establish and maintain physical files.
• Assist the lead analyst or official in obtaining/collecting all documents/information to complete case files.
• Provide administrative information and assistance concerning cases to other investigative agencies, local law enforcement agencies, and higher headquarters.
• Extract data from the agency database for management and program reports.
• Perform word processing relevant to case documentation.
• Perform data entry relevant to cases.

 Qualifications & Requirements 

• Undergraduate Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Public Trust Eligible
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and data analysis/ entry.
• Provide program-specific analysis to support budget formulation, budget execution, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience in Government accounting systems.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Ability to consistently deliver the highest quality of work under extreme pressure.
