Athletic Trainer
We’re seeking an Athletic Trainer to join our team. As our new Athletic Trainer, you will:
- Design and fabricate protective pads, equipment and braces to help prevent and treat injuries, including the use of taping techniques within the Athletic Trainer’s scope of practice
- Perform Athlete Injury Screens
- Provide coverage for home games/events/meets as assigned
- Provide instruction and guidance to help prevent injuries and maximize athlete physical conditioning and performance
- Collaborate throughout the Exos team to enhance the quality of patient care delivered.
- Ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment used for patient care and contributes to a safe working environment.
- Perform clinical and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Perform other tasks as assigned
The Ideal Candidate would:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training
- Have 1 year of experience in Athletic Training and/or the completion of an Athletic Training Internship
- Have a National Athletic Training Association Certification (NATABOC)
- Possess a First Aid/CPR/First Aid Certification with an in-person component
