A flexible programme with global opportunities, our Operations Graduate Associates Programme is a platform for progression, connection, ownership, and accountability. Combining a high level of on-the-job experience and coaching, you’ll have a huge network of support to get you where you want to go. Creating connections and building long-lasting relationships in a highly collaborative, fun, and fast-paced environment.
Starting in September 2024, the programme begins with three individual eight-month placements. Each placement will provide you with extraordinary insights into our business, and the chance to influence our future direction. In our global and regional functions, you could develop your knowledge of manufacturing, global quality, supply chain, logistics, and external sourcing. Our corporate functions offer the opportunity to develop your skills across procurement, information technology, and engineering. Placements include opportunities in quality control, quality assurance, technology transfer, production management, demand planning, supply projects, logistics, distribution, warehousing, process facilitation, and lean & sustainability. If successful during the first 2 years, you will then consolidate your learning and experience in your third year in the programme. Our programme offers relocation support, allowing you to rotate through the business at the locations that offer you the best developmental experience.
Essential for the role
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, biological or physical science, or related discipline awarded in 2023, or due to be awarded in 2024 (0 years of experience required)
- A passion to work in Operations, Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare, particularly with a real desire to take on real responsibilities in quality, manufacturing and across the functions that support our supply chain activities
- Proactive problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Agility of thought and understanding, and the curiosity and flexibility to work anywhere within Operations
- The confidence and vision to critically assess and challenge existing ways of working
- A valid passport
- Global and regional flexibility to travel to/from assignment locations
- Fluent in English
