Salary:
23/24 salary ranges are under review at this time. We are striving to meet or exceed certified pay ranges of $50,000 - $62,169 (BA, 0 - 11 years of experience) and $56,600 - $70,375 (MA, 0 - 11 years of experience). We expect to have an updated salary schedule for 23/24 by the end of April.

Required Qualifications:
- A valid Colorado Department of Education Teaching License or a current out-of-state license that is transferable to the state of Colorado. Click here for more information about license reciprocity in the state of Colorado.
- Colorado Department of Education “In Field” by CDE endorsement or qualifications to teach the posted subject area.
- The ability to handle many complex tasks simultaneously.
- The ability and interest to be part of a high-functioning team. (Having respected and trusted colleagues, preferably as teammates, makes the demands of teaching sustainable.)
- The ability and interest to learn continuously and to adapt to changing circumstances (student characteristics, curriculum, and so on).
- A belief in empowering all children as owners of their learning.
