30hrs/week Talent Acquisition Specialist
Have experience in talent acquisition? Or are you looking to break into the world of Human Resources? Join our close-knit Human Resources team at Operation Smile. We're looking for a part-time (up to 30hrs./week), self-starter who can utilize our tools and technology to hit the ground running.
What This Role Will Do:
- Collaborate with HR Generalists to develop a strategy for each opening
- Use independent research, creativity, and best practices to execute sourcing strategies attracting diverse candidates
- Source candidates through databases and social media
- Proactively build a talent pipeline through online sourcing, job fair events, and establishing local partnerships
- Screen, interview and determine candidates fit for available roles
- Promote Operation Smile's organizational culture, values, and global impact
- Utilize an applicant tracking system

Experience Required:
- 0-3 years of professional experience
- An Associates degree, Bachelor's degree, or are currently pursuing one
- Experience conducting business via phone or video conferencing platform
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
