Manager of Marketing - Military Ministry

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a marketing professional to plan, develop, and implement marketing and fundraising strategies that grow CBN’s military ministry outreach, Helping the Home Front. This creative opportunity will implement cross-platform messaging and content to raise awareness, expand the network of church partnerships, increase donors and corporate sponsors, and enrich overall engagement.  

· Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with ability to cast vision and articulate the mission, goals, and values of the brand and larger organization

· Strong analytical skills across various marketing channels and platforms with the ability to analyze, monitor, evaluate, and optimize strategic marketing plans

· Proven ability to build consensus, work effectively across departments and interact with external publics in a positive and professional manner

· Strong project management skills with ability to work well under pressure, spearhead multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines

· Flexible with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment

· Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of a larger team

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, digital and social media, CRM database software, marketing automation, and data visualization tools
