Talent Acquisitions Program Internship - Life Sciences, Composites, and Mobility - Summer 2023

Our Talent Acquisition Intern will help with Saint-Gobain’s Talent Acquisition Program (TAQ) initiatives to identify, engage & retain top talent. This position will involve a blend of marketing, public relations, and recruitment activities, all to further hone and build Saint-Gobain’s talent networks, while ensuring a great talent experience.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Support TAQ Program initiatives, by site &; overall, benefiting Saint-Gobain’s Life Sciences, Composites & Mobility Groups:
  • Event coordination for job fairs/networking events
  • SG’s Speakers Bureau for intern engagement across multiple sites
  • Creating communication/messaging for LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Local Job Networks, Indeed, along with other promotional tools/resources.
  • Serve as primary liaison for SG’s Summer Internship Program for interns/co-ops across U.S. footprint for Life Sciences, Composites & Mobility Groups:
  • Identify intern ambassadors & mentors across sites, conduct tours for interns across Northeast Ohio
  • Create marketing/newsletter materials for participating interns, along with their represented colleges/universities
  • Initiate networking events/engagement activities for interns across sites, etc.
  • Create & Maintain a communication blog for participating interns across N.A.
  • Perform other duties for the HR/Talent Acquisition Leadership Teams, as assigned
 

Required Qualifications


  • Pursuing degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva & other creative tools.
