Senior Fund Accountant

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist to join our Alternative Investment Services team. This role is located in Fort Worth, Texas or Lake Mary, Florida - HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Conduct accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and complex funds including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses and preparing reports.
  • Drive Service Improvement plans, targeting efficiencies, enhancing processes and specialist review functions.
  • Provide guidance and reviews work related to cash and asset reconciliations relating to complex accounts or transactions.
  • Lead work of junior team members for assigned client or fund.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience; Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferable.
  • Equivalent related experience should include a minimum of five years of previous accounting, preferably within the Financial Services field.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is preferred.
  • Systems proficiency in Advent Geneva and / or FIS Investran is a plus.
