We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst to join our Alternative Investment Services team. This role is located in Fort Worth, TX - HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Administer multiple complex, client managed CLO transactions, including the analysis and compliance monitoring of the transactions’ portfolio, as well as the onboarding of new transactions.
  • Respond to the needs of the clients and working with their management team, trustees/collateral administrators, auditors and other third-party providers related to the transactions.
  • Research and reconcile cash balances, asset positions and data attributes with the trustee/collateral administrators to ensure both parties are reflecting correct data.
  • Calculate quarterly distributions to investors and payments to providers per the priority of payments as prescribed in deal documents.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience; Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferable.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience required. Preferably in Financial Services field.
  • Be an enthusiastic, attentive to detail and flexible individual who drives to be successful while working in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under time pressure.
