Job Description

The Incentive and Variable Compensation/Sales Compensation Analyst  has oversight of the incentive compensation processes, end to end across all sales and eligible functions.

  • Sales Compensation - 100% US Remote
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Prior sales compensation experience is needed for this role.
This role also is responsible for the processing and payment of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual incentive and commission compensation.

  • Understand, implement and adjust plan rules as necessary.
  • Calculate and manage payouts for all plans.
  • Audit and reconcile sales compensation payments.
  • Perform testing to ensure new plan and/or system enhancements are producing desired results.
  • Maintain sales compensation guidelines by writing and updating pay policies and procedures.
  • Resolve employee questions and problems by interpreting policies and procedures.
  • Create additional training related materials to foster a greater understanding of the compensation plans and commission structure.
  • Assist with other components of compensation as needed including Equity Programs, bonus payments, career frameworks, and market pricing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Experience with Xactly software is a must.
  • Compensation Administration with a focus on Sales Compensation preferred.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Prior sales compensation experience is needed for this role.
