Summer 2023 Customer and Employee Experience - McKinney or Sherman, TX

Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
  • Assist in customer experience projects and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Shadow employees in various departments to gain an understanding of the organization's operations.
  • Assist in employee experience projects and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Assist in training and development projects and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Prepare presentations summarizing internship experiences and learnings.
 
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
  • Attends classroom training and other networking opportunities provided through an internship program.
  • Participates in various team-building activities.
  • Performs any other duties as requested.
  • Adherence to all First United Policies and Procedures.
  • Dresses professionally.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer experience role is preferred but not required.
 
Education and Work Experience
  • Incoming Senior
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, majoring in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field.
