ALKU is looking for an Events Intern to tap into their creativity while assisting the Events team. This person is responsible for event logistics and administrative duties leading up to the planning of events. Communication skills and attention to detail will set apart the best candidate for this role. The Events team goal is to plan unforgettable events for a company where having fun is important!
Responsibilities:
- Staying organized with all event note taking and logistics - (Update all notes on Monday)
- Coordinate all transportation for conference, outings, and meetings
- Be willing to work out solutions when different issues arise.
- Create calendar invite for all venue visits
- Schedule all follow up meetings for all Team outings/events
- Be willing to support the team as needed with all internal events
- Support with all internal events, company-wide meetings, client happy hours, etc.
