Internal Audit Intern

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Internal Audit Intern to join the Global Internal Audit team. Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and excellent communication skills are all crucial to this position.
 


WHAT YOU’LL DO 

•Support the execution of the global SOX program by assisting with the evaluation and testing of the design and operating effectiveness of key internal controls over financial reporting
•Coordinate and follow-up with SOX business control owners to ensure documentation requests are received by established deadlines
•Identify and evaluate deficiencies identified through SOX testing
•Collaborate with management to document process flow diagrams and narratives
•Support the Internal Audit team by helping create audit reports and identifying recommendations for improvements to business operations, systems and policies


 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE 

•Currently enrolled in a qualified university or college
•Junior or Senior standing with 3.5+ GPA
•Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology 
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products 
•Exhibit the following qualities:
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Willingness to learn, problem-solve and ask questions
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
•Ability to work individually and as part of a team
•Ability to develop business relationships
•Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude 
•Must have reliable transportation to commute to the Crocs office
