Recruitment Specialist - Community Based
Position Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist-Community Based is responsible for increasing Girl Scout membership in target communities within the council. The Recruitment Specialist-Community Based supports the onboarding of new Girl Scout adult volunteers and troops.
Position Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including many evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated skill in, Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional computer programs as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree with concentration in related field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel to GSSEM service centers and to meetings throughout the designated territory.
Salary Range: $42,000 - $50,000
