Hanson is seeking candidates for our 2023 Internship program. This position could be in office, hybrid or remote. You must be a current college student and in the USA to qualify.
Position Profile:
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for maintaining our marketing and proposal content, which includes project descriptions, resumes, images, client quotes, etc. The position supports the Marketing Team in completing proposals and qualifications packages by maintaining up-to-date content on our employees, projects, and overall qualifications in our database systems.
Ideal for students pursuing degrees in journalism, marketing or communications.
Can work 100% remote, Hybrid or in one of our office locations.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have successfully completed their sophomore year and be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university.

Key Responsibilities
- Data entry/data management
- Update database with new information
- Update/Maintain employee records
- Update/Maintain project records
- Conduct research on existing projects
