Sales Operations Intern
Position Summary:
At NAVEX, we are offering a 10-week Sales Operations Internship Program in Summer 2023. You will get the opportunity to work with subject matter experts and thought leaders who will provide industry insights and hands-on learning experiences.
This is not your typical internship program of doing menial, tedious tasks. You'll gain firsthand experiences in a rapidly growing, innovative SaaS (software as a service) company unlike any other.
- Receive a robust on-boarding and training experience as well as on-going feedback throughout the program
- Virtual social events to network with fellow interns and NAVEX leaders
- Talent Talks to cultivate your professional skills through interactive workshops (e.g. Networking Techniques, Interviewing Best Practices, and more)
- Carry out interesting, hands-on tasks while developing a capstone project to present at the conclusion of the program

What You Will Do:
· Assist with the ongoing short-term management and long-term development of the sales technology stack
· Work with industry-leading sales tools like Outreach, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Salesforce and others
· Assist with researching and analyzing customer data
· Assist with creating and updating sales reports and sales dashboards
What You Will Need:
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of Salesforce a plus
· Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects simultaneously and work within fixed deadlines
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to engage with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

After successfully passing a background check, you can expect a fast paced, changing environment that includes frequent deadlines and the need to multi-task competing priorities each day. You should expect to consistently apply your strong English fluency when speaking with others, reading work related materials, and creating written correspondence.
