Marketing Assistant
Overview
This entry-level position provides support for marketing-related activities including: content creation, marketing collateral development, CRM support, social media, website maintenance, email marketing, events, corporate communications, and general marketing needs for JK Moving Services and related properties.
Responsibilities
Support and coordinate the following:
- Content creation for social and digital assets including graphic and picture images.
- Social channels across multiple companies and properties as needed.
- The Marketing CRM, including data cleansing and supporting data governance.
- Marketing collateral creation.
- Enterprise content assets on an ongoing basis.
- Blogs, promotional emails, and other written material as needed, including reviewing and editing.
- Events, both virtual and in-person.
- Website content updating, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- College degree with concentration in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good writing skills; samples will be requested.
- Ability to work well with internal teams and external vendors.
- Understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn preferred.
- Working knowledge and hands-on skills with Adobe and Canva strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable with project management tools, like ClickUp.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-directed, team player.
