Summer Camp - Day Camp - Activity Leaders

Purchase Day Camp is looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to be activity leaders for Summer 2023. We are an 8 week program, June 26th - August 18th, Monday to Friday and are closed on the 4th of July. We are looking for teachers, soon-to-be teachers or those in an adjacent, appropriate field to lead enrichment programs during the summer season - Music, Nature, Cheerleading, Arts and Crafts.

Working at Purchase Day Camp will not only give you leadership experience and help you hone your communication skills, but it will give you the opportunity to make a difference in both camper and other staff members' lives. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a curriculum, collaborating with other staff members, leading a group of children of a specific age and their counselors during the activity period, and of course, participation in our camp community.

Salary is based upon experience and certifications.
