The Project Management Internship has flexible job location requirements. The majority will be remote with minimal potential to travel required, i.e. in the case of an in-person team meeting. 

About the Role  
CrowdStrike is looking for Program Management interns to join our Global PMO team. In this role, you will work closely with leadership, sponsors, stakeholders, other project owners, and delivery teams to deliver systems, process and application solutions to drive desired business value. The interns will report into the Project Portfolio Managers that covers the following internal customers: Go To Market,  IT Apps, IT Security and General & Administration.

Job Responsibilities/Projects 
  • Assist in  projects to ensure the overall portfolio is coordinated and delivered according to plan and scope
  • Work cross functionality with key business units and operation team stakeholders to prioritize, coordinate and execute system and process improvement projects and enhancements
  • Support project sponsors, owners and key stakeholders to understand the objectives and set the priorities of a project and assist in the development and presentation of proposals for approval
  • Learn how to create project plans appropriate to the size, scope and resource required
  • Assist in defining and tracking  project timelines, dependencies, and scope.
  • Learn about applications and processes related projects across multiple functional groups involving a variety of technologies and applications
  • Work creatively and analytically to problem-solve project roadblocks
  • Keep stakeholders and project team members informed of status and issues utilizing clear, consistent and timely communications
  • Participate in establishing PMO practices, templates, policies, tools and in the development of business partnerships

What You’ll Need 
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, MIS or appropriate field of study graduating between December 2023 to May 2024
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hardworking team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with and presenting information 
  • Must work effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups across divisions
  • Must exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and have the ability to make logical, timely decisions.

Bonus Points 
  • Experience working in a program/project management 
  • Knowledge in Systems Development Lifecycle and Project Management Methodologies, specifically Agile/Scrum.
  • Knowledge in/exposure to cyber security domain a plus
